Description Overview

We are seeking a full-time Junior PMO for 12 months to provide projects coordination and PMO support for migration and transformation initiatives. The role ensures timely follow-up on activities, accurate reporting, and high-quality deliverables for steering committees and stakeholders and high-quality documentation across all phases.

We currently work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Scope of the Role

  • Coordinate governance and prepare executive reporting

  • Maintain and update action trackers, RAID logs, and projects templates, and support on creation of process flows, trackers and word documentation on processes

  • Consolidate KPIs and progress reports from multiple workstreams.

  • Organize and document meetings (agenda, minutes, follow-ups).
