Job Description

Job Duties

:
  • Checks with the Parts Manager, whole sales representative, Parts Advisors and any other team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries.

  • Check with the shop daily to determine any immediate parts needs.

  • Delivers parts to the shop when needed and distributes to the appropriate technician.

  • Check payments received with the invoices for delivery.

  • Prepare orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.

  • Retrieve parts purchased from stock.

  • Review files weekly to keep track of back orders and return to vendor items.

  • Issue credit for parts returned.

  • Assist the back counter, when necessary.

  • Receive and put away stock orders.

  • Process core returns.

  • Process warranty parts receiving and returns.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.
