Junior Paralegal, Compliance Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the guidelines and regulations for each fund transaction within limited time constraints.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and monitor regulatory tasks.
• Coordinate internal and external parties before, during, and after the settlement of fund transactions, maintaining transparent communication.
• Check the completeness of transaction documents and obtain missing papers or information.
• Review KYC documents prior to each fund transaction and provide them during transactions if ad hoc queries arise.
• Assist the marketing material review process.
• Monitor and analyze new regulatory developments.
• Act as the point of contact for all enquiries related to the settlement of fund transactions and associated documents.
• Collaborate in the optimization of processes and work systems within the department.
