Junior Operations Assistant

Summary

As Junior Operations Assistant, you will support the regional operations team in handling inbound products, stock reconciliation, delivery tracking and accurate operational records.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse inbound containers, keeping system up to date.
• Receive inbounds in NetSuite.
• Process return reports into NetSuite.
• Review daily stock reconciliation differences.
• Process stock adjustments in line with SOX compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate delivery tracking and operational updates.
• Ensure operational documentation is maintained, is accurate and shared in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Support complaint logging, tracking, and follow-up communications.
