Requirements

• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with at least 1 year of experience are also encouraged.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as per operational needs.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an added advantage but not required.
• Ability to work independently with discretion for confidential information.
• Problem‑solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
