Role Overview

This is an opportunity driven role for a highly motivated legal professional who wants to grow with a practice. The core responsibility is managing a small team of paralegals and helping drive litigation and collections work forward. This is not a heavy technical legal role. It is about ownership, confidence, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6 to 7 paralegals
• Oversee litigation and collections matters
• Manage a small client base with light daily involvement
• Ensure the team is productive, accountable, and supported
• Speak up, push ideas, and contribute to growing the practice
• Take on additional work as opportunities arise
