What you’ll do
You’ll be part of the team that keeps our clients running safely and smoothly. Your work will include:
- Provide friendly, professional technical support (remote and on-site)
- Troubleshoot and resolve common workstation, software, and connectivity issues
- Set up and support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and/or Google Workspace environments
- Support user accounts, access, and security (including MFA ...
