Role Overview

Entry-level technical support role responsible for day-to-day IT and business systems support under direct supervision. The successful candidate will assist with hardware, software, and networking across client sites, and will develop hands‑on skills across all areas of the business. The role may require travel to other SKG branches as needed. Overtime will be required from time to time.
