Junior IT Support Technician

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• IT Diploma or IT Degree .
• 1–3 years’ experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical support environment.
• Basic knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience with PC hardware, printers, and peripheral support.
• Experience using an IT ticketing/helpdesk system will be advantageous

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
• Valid driver's licence
