Junior IT Support Technician

Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) IT Diploma or IT Degree . 13 years experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical support environment. Basic knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments. Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Experience with PC hardware, printers, and peripheral support. Experience using an IT ticketing/helpdesk system will be advantageous Preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
