Junior IT Support Engineer – Education IT (Hamilton)

New Era Technology seeks an IT Support professional to be the first point of contact for client IT issues across education sector sites in the Hamilton region. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, diagnose problems, and document issues in the ticketing system while communicating with non-technical users.

The role requires local travel within Hamilton, a NZ driver's license, and NZ citizenship or permanent residency.
