Junior Interior Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field:
• 1-2yrs of relevant work Experience in Interior design, with a focus on Commercial or Residential projects:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software:
• Good conceptual design skills and strong ethics

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. SCHEMATIC PHASE

1.1 Conducts research for concept image and reference images for the concept board schemes,

1.2 Prepares approved materials to be put into material board for presentation with the client.

1.3 Prepares base plans and shells for rooms.

1. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE

2.1 Prepares CADD drawings.

2.2 Prepares furniture booklet for approval by the President.

2.3 Prepares fabric booklet as approved by Head Stylist and submits for quotation of labor and fabric cost.
