Junior Identity & Access Management Analyst

You will be part of a global Identity Hygiene team responsible for the identity governance activities that keep access controls effective across a large, distributed organization. The team runs access attestation campaigns, identity lifecycle assessments, and remediation programs that reduce identity-driven cyber risk and support the firm’s compliance posture.

You will work alongside territory security teams, application owners, and IT operations to drive the quality and completion of identity hygiene work.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Running and supporting quarterly access attestation campaigns across global applications — including reporting, stakeholder follow-up, and remediation tracking;
• Analysing access and identity data to identify anomalies, dormant accounts, ownership gaps, and other risk signals;
