REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (Matric) + a HR qualification
- Strong knowledge of SA Labour Law
- Min 2-3 years' experience in a payroll, wage administration, HR administration, or time and attendance environment
- Experience working with time and attendance systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of payroll processes, leave administration, and employee record management
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
