Avanti Le Spa Westmount is hiring a Junior Hairdresser / Colorist .

This role is ideal for someone starting out in the industry or a stylist without an established clientele who wants hands‑on experience, real mentorship, and a clear path to building their own chair.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior stylists, colorists, and educators
• Hands‑on learning on real clients
• Hairdressing assistant work (prep, blow‑dry, color support, treatments, etc.)
• Actively build your skills and your clientele

Client Building

• Clients are provided weekly
• Work with lead generators that bring in new clients consistently
• Opportunity to build your own clientele quickly, not just assist forever
