Junior Graphic Designer (Email & Digital) (Xico)

What You’ll Do

• Create light animations (GIFs) inside Figma using built-in tools and plugins.
• Perform basic image editing in Photoshop (background removals, light adjustments).
• Occasionally work on other digital design projects — landing pages, digital graphics, etc.
• Learn how to prepare and set up designs in Klaviyo to bring campaigns to life.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, account managers, and other designers (mostly internal teamwork).

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ year of experience in graphic or digital design (agency or marketing experience a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Figma . This is a non-negotiable.
• Good English proficiency — most of our clients are US-based.
