• Computer literate
• Good planning, organizing & record keeping skills
• Attention to detail and pro‑activeness
• Ability to manage oneself and work independently
• Good communication skills

• Nursery work
• Land prep and planting
• Irrigation and spray management
• Harvesting and packing management
• Basic staff management
• Related administration and record keeping
