Job Description
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To support and assist Iceland product development through Npd, product sign off. Assist in
PR internal & external events where necessary
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist development panels/ facilitate taste/quality panels
Provide feedback to buyers, Npd techs and suppliers
KEY RESULT AREAS
a) Expected Deliverables:
Assist in Unique ranges//recipes for Iceland- getting ahead of competition
Ensure have relevant product information to be able to answer product related
questions raised by customer
Assist in seasonal trend workshops in line with category strategy
Be the voice of the customer during the product development process (especially when
working with suppliers)
Support key initiatives promoting products to colleagues if required
Cook/prepare for panels if necessary
