We're looking for Junior Desktop Engineers - Entry level/Early Careers across our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices.
About the Role:
Provide in person TechBar support to end users, troubleshooting device and application issues while ensuring a smooth workplace technology experience. This is a fully onsite role requiring presence at the client office five days a week.
What You'll Do:
Provide walk up TechBar support for hardware software and access issues
Troubleshoot Windows and Mac device issues
Support device setup onboarding and replacements
Assist with Microsoft 365 Teams Outlook and VPN tools
Perform incident triage using ServiceNow or similar tools
Coordinate with backend teams for escalations
