Junior Corporate Solicitor – Edinburgh

Exciting opportunity to join this Corporate Team and be involved in a range of corporate and commercial matters. You will be involved in a range of interesting corporate and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, cross border transactions and corporate reorganisations.

To be considered for this role you should be at the NQ-2 years’ PQE level and have a genuine interest for corporate and commercial work. General corporate experience would be beneficial, although additional training would be provided.
