Junior Commercial Support

At aTemporal, we are looking for a Junior Sales Support Specialist to join our offices in Barcelona.

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented professional who is motivated to be part of a solid and rapidly growing project. Basic accounting knowledge is required.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Manage temporary rental inquiries through different channels (phone, email, and in person).
• Support the administration of a portfolio of temporary rentals (100 apartments).
• Manage the commercial process, including reservation management.
• Assist clients and provide solutions to their requests and needs.
• Manage and update the internal CRM system.
• Support apartment check-ins and check-outs.
