This position is suitable for candidates who may wish to pursue a career in Gastroenterology, and who might wish to sample the specialty or to gain experience in order to strengthen their application to a Core Training rotation. Alternatively, they might suit candidates who wish to pursue a complementary specialty in which gastroenterology and general internal medicine experience is required. Previous experience in the speciality is not required. These positions will be treated in the same manner as our ST1 positions.

Main duties of the job

To contribute to the delivery of high-quality gastroenterology and general internal medicine services at PAHT while developing the core clinical, procedural, and professional competencies expected of an ST1 trainee.
