Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define project timelines and milestones
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual status
Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path activities, and propose mitigation strategies
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and schedule analysis for stakeholders
Support project managers in planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timeline
Ensure compliance with project controls standards and procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls
