Job Summary:
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Chemist to support our laboratory operations in the rubber manufacturing industry.
- The successful candidate will assist in the formulation, testing, and quality control of rubber compounds and products.
- This role offers hands-on experience in industrial polymer chemistry and exposure to materials development for applications in molded rubber goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and testing of rubber formulations, including compounding and mixing elastomers, fillers, oils, and curing agents.
- Conduct physical and chemical tests on raw materials, in-process compounds, and finished rubber products (e.g., tensile strength, hardness, aging, elongation, rheometry).
