Job Description
·Actively review and investigate real-time fraud alerts
·Call-backs to customers for transaction verification
·Participate in the preparation of performance reports KPIs, KRIs etc
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Candidate Profile
· University degree in Business Administration or similar field
· 1 year of experience as fraud agent or 3 years as a call-center agent in one of the major Greek Banks
· Understanding of the digital payments
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Good command of English language, both written and oral
