Junior Bookkeeper to Trial Balance

Requirements Matric (Grade 12) essential. Relevant Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification will be advantageous. Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping experience up to Trial Balance. Proven experience using Xero is essential. Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes. Experience with debtors, creditors and bank reconciliations. Strong numerical and analytical skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Immediately available to commence a contract position. Duties Process daily financial transactions accurately. Perform bookkeeping functions up to Trial Balance. Reconcile bank accounts, supplier accounts and customer accounts. Process and reconcile debtors and creditors. Capture supplier invoices and customer receipts. Allocate payments and receipts accurately. Prepare and process journals where required.
