Junior Barista

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to company guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas in compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Arrive on time and ready for scheduled shifts to support smooth daily operations.
• Work collaboratively with the team while following company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food service or hospitality is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,

Preferred:

• Barista training or certification is an advantage.
