Junior Admin Clerk job vacancy in Johannesburg.

Our client is seeking a proactive, hands-on Junior Admin Clerk to assist the Office Park Manager in overseeing the daily operations, facilities, and tenant relations of a commercial office park.

This role requires an organized multi-tasker capable of managing on-site staff, administrative tasks, and service delivery.

Salary: R12 000 per month.

Starting 7am till 4pm. Might rotate with Park Manager to 5pm if needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Relations & Administration
    • Client Facing: Act as the primary contact for tenant queries, complaints, and dispute resolution.
    • Leasing Support: Conduct viewings, facilitate move-ins/move-outs, and maintain accurate lease documentation.
    • Financial Admin: Follow up on rental arrears, assist with cost control, and prepare quotations for alterations or furniture sales.
