Junior Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist (New Grad Welcome)

About The Role

The Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist I is an Entry Level role and a key customer service position within Uber Freight. This position is responsible for resolving discrepant carrier invoices, building shipments, updating shipment attributes, and communicating internally and/or externally with Operations, Carrier Pricing, Procurement, Helpdesk, and potentially shipper/receiver facilities. The role analyzes the root cause of invoice discrepancies and works with the appropriate parties to escalates issues as needed for final resolution. The successful candidate must display superior communication skills (consistent, professional, effective, prompt, and courteous).
