Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Closing (Medical and Pharma Entities):

• Maintain accurate and timely accounting records and financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and monitor weekly accounts receivable aging and collection reports.
• Review intercompany reconciliations prepared by AP and AR functions and follow up on outstanding differences.
• Coordinate the month-end closing timetable, monitor progress across functions, and ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow planning.

2. Statutory Compliance:

• Prepare supporting schedules for statutory audits and tax filings.
