About the Role
We're looking for a junior bookkeeper in India to handle day-to-day data entry and bookkeeping in Xero. This is an entry-level role with support from our Singapore office -you will not be managing the books on your own. Accuracy and reliability matter more than experience.
What You'll Do
- Record daily transactions in Xero - sales (including generating customer invoices), purchases, expenses, receipts and payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and flag anything that doesn't match
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable; track invoices and outstanding balances
