Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, managing records, and supporting senior accountants in daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle basic accounting data entry and documentation
- Manage Accounts Receivable including invoicing, aging analysis, and timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries
- Conduct internal audit reviews of financial transactions and operational processes.
- Assist with recording financial transactions accurately
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
