Junior Account Manager, East Africa
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Follow Account Management daily processes.

Communicate with agencies & brands in the region.

Generate upsell revenue from existing client portfolios and ensure growth.

Develop & grow relationships across your team-owned accounts.

Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, Ad Operation, Sales, Product & Creative, and Management teams.

Plan and prepare business proposals & media plans for prospective and existing clients.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
