Junior Account Executive – (Hybrid – Tues. & Thurs. onsite – Markham, ON)
As a Junior Account Executive, you'll help drive new business opportunities for our Customer Experience Management (CXM) solutions by engaging with large enterprise organizations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in enterprise sales while developing expertise in strategic prospecting, account engagement, and solution-based selling.
- Own outbound prospecting for a defined enterprise vertical
- Execute highly personalized, account‑based outreach
- Qualify inbound enterprise leads by assessing business needs, urgency, and buying structure
- Book discovery calls and demos involving multiple stakeholders
- Maintain CRM accuracy and meet activity goals
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging
