Need Billing Executive Job Location- Madhuamgram, Badu Road Salary- ₹ 16000/- Experience- Minimum 2 Years Qualification- B.Com Candidate should be good knowledge on Tally, GST. Knowledge on TDS and SAP would be a plus Job Role- Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and send accurate invoices, bills, and receipts to clients or customers daily. Data Verification: Review order logs, contracts, and timesheets to verify billing data before processing. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile billing logs with the general ledger and resolve any payment discrepancies or billing errors. Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries regarding billing issues, payment terms, or outstanding balances. Reporting: Maintain digital financial records and generate weekly/monthly reports on billing status and collections.
