You’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable partnering with hiring managers to fill high-volume technician roles in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You care about candidate experience, strong execution, and helping teams hire the people they need to keep production moving.
What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and other high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring plans.
