Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 1 year experience in system, network, or infrastructure support
• Knowledge of networking, servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, or related technologies is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and client site visits

Responsibilities

• Assist in system and network implementation projects
• Perform installation and configuration of ICT solutions
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Support customer requirements and service requests
