Jr. System Configuration Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support system configuration and implementation processes for client deliverables.
• Work closely with the operations and project teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Perform tasks related to system setup, configuration, and basic data operations.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in sprints and team processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking using Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
• Contribute to code repository and version control tasks in Bitbucket.
• Learn and adapt quickly to client-specific systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• 13 years of relevant experience in a technical support, operations, or system configuration role.
• Basic knowledge of databases (preferably MongoDB)
• Familiarity with working in an Agile environment (Jira and Confluence)
