Sika is looking for an experienced Jr. Chemist to join its growing team in Lyndhurst, NJ. With an innovative mind for new concepts and chemistry, laboratory benchwork contributes to the development of new technology platforms for new products. Conduct basic research into chemistry that is relevant to sealants and adhesives and their applications. Develop new products. Provide technical support to production plants and customers.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Execute feasibility studies and project designs on the bench to generate meaningful data for project progression
- Be organized, have a strong attention to detail, and effectively multitask projects.
- Test products according to Industry standards and Sika Procedures to ensure product quality and performance.
