Job Description
LDC is hiring Journeyman and Apprentice Millwrights in Yorkton, SK. Play a vital role repairing and maintaining equipment in our Canola Processing operations.
We invite applications for Journeyman Millwrights and 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices to join our Maintenance department. Ideal candidates will be experienced in machinery maintenance, with a strong focus on safety and compliance. Those with construction or industrial expansion experience will excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair all plant machinery
• Inspect, adjust, and install mechanical components
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
• Safely operate mobile machinery and equipment
• Ensure adherence to safety and food safety regulations
Requirements:
• Journeyperson Red Seal Certification or in-progress apprenticeship
• Required high school diploma
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
