Joint Venture Coordinator
Contract period: 02/03/2026 - 31/08/2026
Location: Stavanger
Responsibilities
- Management of activities according to the Hub`s and the License plan.
- Ensure timely delivery and manage key elements in the annual cycle, Prelim budget, Work Program & Budget (WP&B), RNB, Production applications incl. relevant permits.
- Management Committee (MC) Secretary; organize and facilitate MC and TC meetings and follow-up, including L2S management.
- Prepare presentations, facilitate meetings, compile MoM, and booking of rooms and facilities.
- Manage L2S communication and internal document control for L2S documents.
- Provide admin assistance to the Hub Leader, participate in Department Management team meetings and assist in internal reporting.
