Estimator – Bespoke Joinery
Location: Rochester, Kent
Reports to: Head of Estimating
Our client, a leading high-end joinery specialist, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Kent. This role offers the opportunity to work on luxury bespoke joinery projects from design through to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for bespoke joinery projects.
- Carry out accurate material take-offs from CAD drawings.
- Assess labour, material, and time requirements.
- Manage and maintain project costs within estimating software.
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing and value engineering options.
- Produce professional quotations and tender submissions.
