As a Part Time Intervenor at Sensity, you will make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with dual sensory impairment. This role requires compassionate support for daily living and effective communication through ASL or SEE. The position offers 20-24 hours of weekly shifts on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals in navigating their home and community
• Utilize communication techniques to enhance understanding
• Support daily activities, including personal hygiene and meal prep
• Provide personal care as necessary
• Document and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
• Diploma or certification in a related field
• Proven experience with developmental disabilities
• Proficient in American Sign Language or Signed Exact English
