WHAT YOU’LL DO (WHEN THE TIME COMES):
Lead on-site mechanical construction activities including pile driving, managing pile equipment, etc.

Supervise and mentor General Foremen, Field Engineers, and craft labor to ensure safety, productivity, and quality

Schedule and manage labor, materials, tools, and subcontractors to optimize performance and control costs

Implement standardized Work Plans and support process improvement initiatives

Act as a technical consultant for mechanical scopes and owner correspondence
