Job Description
Become a key player in youth fitness at FNSS as a Secondary Physical Education Teacher. This term appointment (.357 FTE) commences ASAP through June 25, 2026.
The role focuses on delivering engaging Physical Education courses for grades 8 and 10 within the FNSS community. Candidates will need successful teaching experience and a deep understanding of current educational practices. Compatibility with the BC Curriculum and display of strong planning and organizational skills are also essential alongside a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach PE 8 Linear every other day
• Conduct daily lessons for PE 10 semester
• Implement engaging teaching strategies
• Effectively plan and prepare lesson content
• Nurture a supportive classroom environment
