This opportunity involves either sharing practice responsibilities or managing a patient panel of about 1,200 as an established physician transitions into retirement. The collaborative environment includes friendly staff, an RN on-site, and a visiting pharmacist, all committed to providing excellent care through the Healthlink Health Connect Registry.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver routine and specialized care to all ages • Work closely with dedicated clinic staff, RN, and pharmacist • Manage transitioning patient panels • Use the Healthlink Health Connect Registry for patient services • Work either full-time or part-time based on needs
