Job: compliance specialist graduate

As part of the 2025 Graduate Programme, you will join our Compliance team, reporting to the Director of Compliance. This is a 12-month program based in our Centurion office, with a hybrid work model requiring on-site presence at least three days a week.

Responsibilities You will report to the Compliance Manager Conduct case and gap analysis to identify potential compliance issues Stay current with PCI standards, anti-money laundering (AML) Regulations, Trade and Card Brand requirements, and other relevant legal and regulatory obligations Track applicable executive orders, regulatory and industry updates, and draft concise summaries Manage due diligence requests from banking partners and stakeholders Maintain and update policies, procedures, and training materials to meet compliance standards Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory exams, and assessments Investigate and resolve issue tickets from external merchants, vendors, and internal support teams Qualification...
