Job Description
Our Cornwall Supported Employment service requires an enthusiastic and committed individual to support our learners on our programmes throughout Cornwall.
These programmes are currently for young people 16-24 living in Cornwall who have an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP). Delivery of the programmes can be across Cornwall through a mix of education and work‑related activity, both 1:1 and group work.
The base for this post is our Threemilestone office, but you will be working out in the community throughout Cornwall supporting learners on work placements and other work‑related activity. Mileage is paid at 0.45p per mile between base and supported work placement. Full driving licence, own car and willingness to travel across Cornwall is essential.
