Job Coach - Supported Internships (Part Time, Reduced Year)

Keighley College is recruiting for a Job Coach for Supported Internships to join our team.

This role is part-time, reduced year - 30 hours a week, 36 weeks per year. The pro rata salary is £16,147 with progression to £16,612 per annum. 

As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for supporting learners with SEND in Keighley College within the Supported Internship Programme. You will develop the confidence and work-related skills of students wishing to make their next move out of college and into paid employment. 

You will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, building strong relationships with employers and external agencies, and, ultimately, empowering students to achieve their career goals.
