Job Coach
You will support individuals in developing the skills, confidence, and independence needed to access and sustain employment. You will assess abilities and identify suitable work placements, working in partnership with local businesses, families, and professionals. The role involves planning and delivering tailored training (including travel training), providing ongoing coaching and in-work support, and promoting positive workplace behaviours and skills. You will monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and liaise with employers, education providers, and external agencies to develop opportunities and promote the Supported Internship programme.
